3. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you received:
The wrong item
A damaged item
A defective product
An item that arrived spoiled or expired
Buy Afrik will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange an alternative return solution at no additional cost.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as Buy Afrik cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost during transit.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
